Funimation has announced that they attained the licensing rights to the loved Ruroni Kenshin live action trilogy.
So far there is no release date for a physical release but hey, we finally have it coming at least.

The films have been rather successful having grossed more that US$160 million internationally when you combine the threes sales. It was stated by Anime News Network that the movies will receive a limited theater release-
The company plans to release all three films Japanese with English subtitles in theaters in the United States. Rurouni Kenshin: Origins will open from August 8-10, Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Inferno will open from September 12-14, and Rurouni Kenshin: The Legend Ends will open from October 3-5.
