  New Berserk Is TV series.
  
  After much speculation, it is now confirmed that the new Berserk project will be a T.V series.
  
  “The series will air on WOWOW first, before airing in MBS’s “Animeism” programming block. “-1
  
  Additionally the manga series has now over 40 million volumes in print throughout the world.
  
  Beyond the new series the amazing 1997 Berserk television series will get a new Blu-ray release with the 2012 HD remake. The new boxset is slated for an April 20th Japanese release, and will set you back 18,000 yen (nearly 150$)

  HECK YES! This at least means it wont be like those new movies…ugh. Hope it follows the manga and tone of the original series which matched perfectly!

  Man I hope is good. The original series is fantastic the comic is great but the new movies made me afraid
